We conducted a survey of 403 locomotive flight attendants who served more than 20 years of service in Sujiatun Locomotive Depot of Shenyang Railway Branch from 1984 to 1985 with the average age of subjects being 51.1 years and the average crew working length being 27.9 years. The results are as follows. 1. Environmental dust concentration; see Table 1.2. Personal contact dust concentration: see Table 2.3. Dust particle size dispersion: see Table 3.4. Dust free silicon dioxide content of 5 to 8%
