已证明巨细胞病毒（CMV）减毒株（Towne）在肾移植者中具免疫原性。本文报道健康成人及儿童接种Towne株减毒活疫苗后能否获得与野毒株感染类似免疫力的三次公开标记试验的结果。
The cytomegalovirus (CMV) attenuated strain (Towne) has been demonstrated to be immunogenic in renal transplant recipients. This article reports the results of three openly labeled tests of whether healthy adults and children inoculated with an attenuated live attenuated vaccine against Towne strain have similar immunity to wild-type infection.
