在北京市房山区迎风坡花岗闪长岩300m 深钻孔中,采用以水泥端帽法为主的岩芯定向技术,并在钻进和取芯过程中采取特殊措施,在钻孔中自地表25m 到301m 整个深度段内取得了直径86mm 的定向岩芯.定向岩芯确定的节理产状与超声波井下电视确定的节理产状相差在15°以内;岩芯上下两次定向的相对误差在10°以内.较好地解决了定向取芯问题,适当地调整水泥的初、终凝时间.本方法可用于更深钻孔的定向取芯.
