无锡茂业城主塔楼地下2层,地上69层,大屋面结构高度291.6m,建筑高度304.1m,采用型钢混凝土柱-钢梁-钢筋混凝土内筒结构体系。设置三道加强层,伸臂桁架及腰桁架均采用钢结构,结构体系存在超高、加强层、局部楼板不连续等超限项。工程抗震采用性能化设计方法,根据超限情况,采取相应的计算分析方法及构造加强措施,既满足了抗震安全性要求,又满足建筑功能及结构经济性的要求。
Wuxi Maoye City Tower 2 floors underground, 69 floors above ground, large roof structure height of 291.6m, building height of 304.1m, the use of steel reinforced concrete column - steel beams - reinforced concrete tube structure system. Three reinforced layers are set. The arms and the trusses of the arms are all made of steel structure. The structural system has overrun items such as ultra-high, reinforced layer and partial floor discontinuity. The seismic design of the project adopts the performance-based design method. According to the over-limit situation, the corresponding calculation and analysis methods and structural reinforcement measures are adopted to meet the seismic safety requirements as well as the requirements of the building functions and structural economy.
