生产和消费的关系是十分密切的,一方面生产为消费提供物质条件,生产的产品种类、质量、价格、商标、包装等对消费心理影响很大;另一方面在生产过程中又必须遵循消费者的需求,必须考虑到消费者心理,才能使产品适销对路。因为人们对产品的满意和喜爱程度,直接影响人们对产品的需求,直接决定着人们是否购买。所以说,消费心理学必须注意研究生产与消费者心理之间的相关性问题。而其中最关键的因素就是消费者能否接受产品,换言之也就是产品能否适销对路,合乎消费者的心理需求。
The relationship between production and consumption is very close. On the one hand, production provides material conditions for consumption. The type, quality, price, trademark, and packaging of products produced have a great influence on consumer psychology; on the other hand, they must follow consumption in the production process. The needs of the person must take into account the consumer psychology in order to make the product marketable. Because people’s satisfaction with and satisfaction with products directly affect people’s demand for products, it directly determines whether people buy. Therefore, consumer psychology must pay attention to the correlation between production and consumer psychology. The most critical factor is whether consumers can accept products, in other words, whether the products can be marketable and meet the psychological needs of consumers.
