在我国社会主义市场经济体制的大力发展下,我国企业也得到重大的发展,不论是在发展速度,还是发展规模上都得到了突破。然而在企业大发展的情况下,企业激烈的竞争就在所难免了,人力资源绩效管理作为企业管理中的一个重要组成部分,对企业的绩效起着至关重要的作用。本文主旨是对人力资源管理对企业绩效的影响进行分析研究,首先揭示了当前企业在人力资源绩效管理方面存在的一些不足,然后陈述了人力资源管理对企业绩效的重要意义,最后提出了通过人力资源管理将企业绩效最大化的建议和措施。
With the vigorous development of the socialist market economic system in our country, the enterprises in our country have also made significant progress. Both in terms of the speed of development and the scale of development, breakthroughs have been made. However, under the circumstance of large enterprise development, fierce competition of enterprises is unavoidable. Human resource performance management, as an important part of enterprise management, plays an important role in the performance of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the impact of human resource management on business performance. First of all, it reveals some deficiencies in the current performance management of human resources, and then states the importance of human resource management to business performance.
