随着妇女在政治、经济、社会各领域参与的不断加强,妇女的地位也逐渐得到提高。工作中碰到一位女上司已不再是什么大惊小怪的事了。但是有些人对女人掌权仍心存疑虑,女上司们由此而遇到了各种阻力。本文对这些现象作了较为透彻的分析。
With the continuous participation of women in political, economic and social fields, the status of women has gradually been raised. It’s no longer a fuss about finding a female boss at work. However, some people still have doubts about the power of women and the female bosses encounter various resistances. This article made a more thorough analysis of these phenomena.
