法律的不被遵守是一个世界性的问题,仅仅从法律本身寻找问题的答案是不够的。将我国建设成为一个法治型国家不仅是法律界的追求也是政府的目标之一。法治国家的要素之一就是法律被良好的遵守。但是在中国有法不依的情况却十分严重,我们急需建立起对法律的尊重。本文是从精神层面及公民意识的培养建立方面来谈谈法律信仰的问题。 The failure of the law to be observed is a worldwide problem, and finding the answer to the question merely from the law itself is not enough. To build our country into a country governed by the rule of law is not only the pursuit of the legal community but also one of the government’s goals.
