本文建立一种新的钻杆测战解释模型,用它可以验证流量数据不足或质量不好的钻杆测试解释结果,因此可改善不能流到地面的钻杆测试解释。在陆上裸眼井钻杆测试最常见的就是这种情况,因测流量成本太高,这种情况又不宜采用流量测量装置。这种模型是针对钻杆测试大多数不能流到地面所能测得的压力和流量数据的质量情况而设计的,虽然在流动期流量数据可能不精确,但测得的压力通常是可靠的。因此钻杆测试模式化为:定压力的流动期和定流最的压力恢复期的相继交替,把模拟的结果与测得的压力和流体采出量分别进行比铰来验证解释结果。现场数据的应用表明这种模型可以改善不流到地面的钻杆测试解释.
In this paper, a new interpretation model of drill-pipe warfare is established, which can be used to verify the results of drill-pipe test interpretation with insufficient flow data or poor quality so as to improve the test interpretation of drill pipe that can not flow to the ground. This is the most common case of open-hole drillstring testing onshore because of the high cost of flow measurement, which is not the case with flow measurement devices. This model is designed for the quality of most drill pipe test pressure and flow data that can not be measured on the ground. Although the flow data may not be accurate during the flow, the measured pressure is usually reliable. Therefore, the test pattern of the drill pipe is as follows: the constant pressure flow period and the constant pressure maximum pressure recovery period are successively alternated, and the simulation result is compared with the measured pressure and the fluid production volume respectively to verify the interpretation result. The application of field data shows that this model can improve the interpretation of drill pipe test without flowing to the ground.
