盘式刹车热设计是指与盘式刹车热状态有关的设计内容,其设计目的是要保持盘式刹车工作时具有合理的或允许的热状态。高强、交变热负荷是盘式刹车技术的主要障碍。文中列举30t修井机盘式刹车热状态与带刹车的惊人变化。提出热设计主要应从结构方案的热状态优化设计、确定热设计的基本参数、刹车盘的热强度、分析摩擦材料的热性能和校核液压系统温度等方面进行。指出对盘式刹车的热分析与计算是其热设计的基础。为此,讨论了钻机、修井机盘式刹车与热设计基础数据有关的,诸如计算工况和几何系统确定这两个问题。
Disc Brake Thermal Design refers to the design related to the thermal state of disc brakes and is designed to maintain a plausible or allowable thermal condition during disc brake operation. High-strength, alternating heat load is the main obstacle to disc brake technology. The article lists 30t workover disc brake hot state and amazing changes with brake. It is proposed that the thermal design should be based on the optimization of the thermal design of the structural scheme, the determination of the basic parameters of the thermal design, the thermal strength of the brake disc, the thermal performance of the friction material and the checking of the hydraulic system temperature. It is pointed out that the thermal analysis and calculation of disc brakes are the basis of its thermal design. To this end, the rigs and workover disc brakes are discussed in relation to the basic thermal design data, such as computational conditions and geometrical system determination.
