迅速发展的旅游业促使服务补救得到越来越多的旅游企业的关注,因为服务补救对于旅游企业在市场竞争中能够取得一定的优势和成功,发挥着非常关键的战略性的作用,这是由旅游企业本身所在的行业特性决定的,这也是有服务可能成功也可能失败的两面性所决定的。有基于此,对于旅游企业而言,服务补救对于提升旅游企业本身的服务质量、获得客户的信赖和种程度而言,意义是非常的重大的。基于此,本文对旅游企业服务补救管理体系的有效构建进行了探讨。
The rapid development of tourism has prompted more and more tourism enterprises to pay attention to service recovery because service recovery plays a very crucial and strategic role for tourism enterprises to achieve certain advantages and success in market competition. The nature of the industry in which a travel company is based is determined by the dual nature of the possible success or failure of the service. Based on this, for the tourism enterprises, service recovery is of great significance for improving the quality of service of the tourism enterprises themselves and obtaining the trust and degree of customers. Based on this, this paper discusses the effective construction of the service recovery management system for tourism enterprises.
