基于半导体激光器的激光通信链路光功率衰减建模分析

应用于两栖车辆平台的无线光通信系统通信距离短,具有体积小、功耗低,不使用稳定伺服系统的要求。首先分析近红外光在海平面上传输的主要衰减,并在此基础上建立链路光功率几何衰减模型,推导出在特定条件下,接收光功率与接收光轴偏离发射光轴距离、倾斜角以及光源发散角的关系。最后,应用MATLAB进行了仿真计算,得出光通信距离为100m、300m和500m的最优发散角分别为24°、8°和5°,即此发散角下接收光学系统的光功率为阈值时,可偏离光轴距离达到最大。 The wireless optical communication system used in the amphibious vehicle platform has short communication distance and small size, low power consumption and does not require the use of a stable servo system.
