采用高压DSC方法研究了不同固含量(RDX含量)推进剂的热行为。结果表明,随着RDX含量的增加,GLX推进剂中双基组分的分解峰逐渐变小,峰温前移,而RDX的分解峰随含量的增加而变强;随着压力的增大,GLX推进剂中两个放热分解峰的DSC峰温均有不同程度的下降,GLX推进剂的放热量也明显提高,放热分解峰变得更加明显,两峰温下降的幅度均与试验压力存在线性关系。
High-pressure DSC method was used to study the thermal behavior of propellants with different solid content (RDX content). The results showed that with the increase of RDX content, the decomposition peak of the bidentate component in GLX propellant gradually became smaller and the peak temperature was shifted forward, while the decomposition peak of RDX became stronger with the increase of content. With the increase of pressure, The peak temperatures of DSC in both exothermic decomposition peaks of GLX propellants all decreased to some extent, the exothermic amount of GLX propellants also increased obviously, the exothermic decomposition peak became more obvious, and the amplitude of both peaks decreased with the experimental pressure There is a linear relationship.
