本文提出一种对溶液中钙离子敏感的选择电极,简称Ca~(2+)—ISCGE。它是在普通的pH玻璃电极表面涂敷一层钙离子敏感膜所构成。敏感膜以二—(2—异辛基苯基磷酸)钙为电活性物质,聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体和增塑剂,与二正辛基苯基磷酸酯按一定比例配合而成。Ca~(2+)—ISCGE与参比电极组合构成的测量电池为:外参比电极‖试液|敏感膜|玻璃膜|0.1MHCl,AgCl|Ag。该电极的线性范围在10~(-5)—10~(-1)mol·dm~(-3)之间,检测下限可达5×10~(-6)mol·dm~(-3),电极的实际斜率为28mV,pH范围为5.3—12.0,对水样中Ca~(2+)测定有较好的性能。
In this paper, we propose a selective electrode sensitive to calcium ions in solution, referred to as Ca ~ (2 +) - ISCGE. It is in the ordinary pH glass electrode surface coated with a layer of calcium-sensitive film formed. Sensitive membrane with two - (2-isooctyl phenyl phosphate) calcium as the electroactive substance, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the matrix and plasticizer, and with two-octyl phenyl phosphate by a certain percentage. The measuring cell consisted of Ca ~ (2 +) - ISCGE and reference electrode was: external reference electrode ‖ test solution | sensitive membrane | glass membrane | 0.1M HCl, AgCl | Ag. The linear range of this electrode is between 10 -5 and -10 -1 mol · dm -3 and the detection limit can reach 5 × 10 -6 mol · dm -3. , The actual slope of the electrode is 28mV, the pH range is 5.3-12.0, which has good performance for the determination of Ca2 + in water samples.
