Sobhasan油田是印度石油天然气公司Mehsana Asset区块最老的油田之一,它有多个油层。作为一个开发后期油田,储层压力系数已降到0.7。这些衰竭产层中间有夹层,由高压页岩层(压力系数为1.18~1.20)和厚且易破碎的煤层组成。在这种压力范围内,用常规钻井液钻“S”型井经常发生压差卡钻和煤层坍塌事故,在完井作业中经常发生测井失败的现象。本文描述了如何应用特制的多元醇钻井液减少井下复杂情况的发生,改进钻井作业。多元醇钻井液的显著优点在于节省钻时、保持安全规则井眼、减少扭矩和拉压、防止压差黏附卡钻,确保顺利进行测井作业。
The Sobhasan field is one of the oldest oil fields in the Mehsana Asset block of the Indian oil and gas company, with multiple reservoirs. As a post-development oilfield, the reservoir pressure coefficient has dropped to 0.7. The middle layer of these depleted pay zones consists of high pressure shale layers (pressure coefficient of 1.18 to 1.20) and thick, frangible coal seams. Within this pressure range, frequent stick-up and coal seam collapse accidents often occur with conventional drilling fluid drilling “S” wells, and logging failure often occurs during well completion operations. This article describes how to use a special polyol drilling fluid to reduce the occurrence of complex underground conditions and improve drilling operations. A significant advantage of polyol drilling fluids is the savings in drilling time, the maintenance of safety rules boreholes, reducing torque and tension and pressure to prevent adhesion sticking card, to ensure smooth logging operations.
