应用计算机辅助工程分析系统,对腐蚀管线的剩余强度进行了有限元分析,分析中考虑了材料非线性和几何非线性。得出了腐蚀区的应力分布及腐蚀区应力随载荷变化的历程曲线,以及腐蚀区尺寸对剩余强度的影响,并对模型的失效压力进行了预测。将预测结果与工业上使用最广泛的B31G准则预测的结果进行了比较,证明用此方法对腐蚀管线的剩余强度进行评估是可行的,能得到比较准确的结果。
The computer aided engineering analysis system was used to analyze the residual strength of corrosion pipeline by finite element method. The material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity were considered in the analysis. The stress distribution of the corrosion zone and the curve of the stress change with the load in the corrosion zone are obtained, and the influence of the size of the corrosion zone on the residual strength is obtained. The failure pressure of the model is predicted. The prediction results are compared with those predicted by the most widely used B31G standard in industry. It is proved that it is feasible to evaluate the residual strength of the corrosion pipeline by this method, and more accurate results can be obtained.
