专利作为一种包含信息最为丰富的知识载体,是支持创新设计的重要资源。通过分析并提取机电类发明专利中采用的科学效应及发明原理作为专利的创新属性,借助功能基和TR IZ原理对其进行规范表达,利用本体技术组织专利知识之间关系,提出了一种支持产品创新设计的专利知识库构建方法,并建立相应的原型系统。设计人员运用语义检索方式可在系统中获得所需专利信息,辅助产生各类多个新颖的设计方案。最后通过水上清洁车设计实例说明。
As a kind of knowledge carrier containing the most information, patent is an important resource to support innovative design.
