[目的]刺萼龙葵是外来有毒有害杂草,筛选高效防控药剂对控制其危害蔓延具有重要意义。[方法]采用室内生测法研究了10种茎叶处理除草剂对刺萼龙葵的防效及对植株生物量的影响。[结果]结果表明:百草枯和草甘膦对刺萼龙葵的防效最佳,施药后第5天百草枯的效果达100%,而草甘膦药后15 d可达到相同的防效。氯氟吡氧乙酸、草铵膦和2,4-滴丁酯药后30 d对刺萼龙葵也具有较好的防效(≥85%),对植株生物量的抑制效果均在90%以上。[结论]百草枯、草甘膦、草铵膦、氯氟吡氧乙酸和2,4-滴丁酯可作为应急防控刺萼龙葵的候选除草剂。
[Objective] The study aimed to control the spread of its harmful effects by screening the highly toxic and harmful weeds. [Method] The effects of ten kinds of stems and leaf herbicides on the control effect and plant biomass of C. [Result] The results showed that paraquat and glyphosate had the best control effect on Solanum lycopersicum, the effect of paraquat was 100% on the fifth day after application, and the same protection could be achieved on the 15th day after glyphosate treatment effect. Fludioxacil, glufosinate and 2,4-D-butyl ester 30 days after the Calyx also has good control effect (≥ 85%), the inhibition of plant biomass were 90% the above. [Conclusion] Paraquat, glyphosate, glufosinate, flupirn and 2,4-dibutyl ester could be used as candidate herbicides for the prevention and control of Cicadae.
