中国对埃塞俄比亚职业教育师资援助多年,目前在实践层面尚存在一些问题,如管理机制不健全、选派教师困难、来华留学专业不足、招生困难等。基于此,本文建议完善援外教师管理机制、建立激励机制、增加选派短期专家、加大援助教师英语授课培养力度、开发英语授课专业、实施职业教育与中国企业合作等多种措施,增加援助实效性,加快埃塞职教师资本土化进程,促进援助埃塞职业教育师资的可持续发展。
China has been providing assistance to Ethiopian teachers in vocational education for many years. At present, there are still some problems in practice. For example, the management mechanism is not perfect, teachers are difficult to choose, lack of professional study in China, and enrollment difficulties. Based on this, this paper proposes to improve the aid effectiveness of foreign aid teachers by improving the management mechanism of foreign aid teachers, establishing incentives, increasing the number of short-term experts, increasing the training of English teaching aid for assistants, developing professional teaching in English, and implementing the cooperation between vocational education and Chinese enterprises , Speed up the process of capitalization of Ethiopian vocational teachers and promote the sustainable development of teachers and teachers in Ethiopia.
