呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)和腺病毒(ADV)引起的肺炎可导致患儿细胞免疫功能下降,而抗病毒感染主要依赖于细胞免疫功能。当前应用免疫调节剂是治疗病毒性肺炎的重要途径之一。免疫核糖核酸(iRNA)现已用于治疗多种疾病。IL-2作为免疫调节网络的中心环节,起着多种作用。本研究应用特异性抗病毒iRNA治疗病毒性肺炎,观察治疗前后患儿外周血IL-2活性变化,探讨iRNA的治疗机理。
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and adenovirus (ADV) -related pneumonia can lead to cellular immune function decline, and antiviral infection depends mainly on cellular immune function. Current application of immunomodulators is one of the important ways to treat viral pneumonia. Immune ribonucleic acid (iRNA) is now used to treat a variety of diseases. IL-2 as a central part of immune regulation network, plays a variety of roles. In this study, specific anti-viral iRNA was used to treat viral pneumonia. The changes of IL-2 in peripheral blood were observed before and after treatment, and the therapeutic mechanism of iRNA was explored.
