学生是教育的主体,学生相对于精神客体来说是主体,当然既是自然存在物,又是社会存在物,是“一切社会关系的总和”。教学质量的好坏与学生主体精神发挥的程度有着直接的关系,只有在教育中确立学生的主体地位,发挥其主体性,即真正让学生作为学习的主人,自主学习,才能完成精神客体向主体的转化。为了完成这一转化过程,我在教育教学中投入了极大的热情、无比的耐心和百倍的真诚,与同学们一起分析做学习的奴隶和学习的主人的种种表现与利弊,使学生认识到其中的利害关系,促使学生心悦诚服地放弃奴隶地位,自愿成为学习的主人。
