在进行微波法测量原油含水率实验时,首先要对所用的微波频率进行选择,在实际选择最佳频率时,需要配制不同百分比的油水混合物,同时为了减小误差采取多组测量求平均值的方法。本文通过Ansoft HFSS电磁仿真软件对微波法测量原油含水率中微波传感器激励信号频率进行仿真分析,得到了微波法测量含水率最佳的工作频率为9.2Ghz,含水率超过60%时,微波的插入损耗明显减小,这很好的解释了实际应用中,在高含水率条件下(含水率超过60%),含水率的测量精度会比低含水率条件下低的现象。相比传统的实验法,仿真法具有高效、经济、受环境干扰小等优点。
In the experiment of measuring the moisture content of crude oil by microwave method, we must first choose the microwave frequency to be used. In the actual choice of the optimal frequency, we need to formulate different percentages of oil-water mixture, meanwhile, method. In this paper, Ansoft HFSS electromagnetic simulation software was used to simulate the frequency of excitation signal of microwave sensor in measuring the moisture content of crude oil by microwave method. The optimum microwave frequency was 9.2Ghz and the moisture content was over 60% The loss is obviously reduced, which explains well that in practical applications, the measurement accuracy of the moisture content will be lower than that of the low water content under the condition of high moisture content (moisture content over 60%). Compared with the traditional experimental method, simulation method has the advantages of high efficiency, economy, less interference by environment.
