采用XRD和AAR分析技术,研究了LiCoO_2电极在充电过程、放电过程以及充放电循环过程中晶胞参数变化规律.发现在这些过程中,LiCoO_2晶胞出现规律性的收缩和膨胀;过充电时产物Co_3O_4,导致Li_xCoO_2晶格的破坏;循环过程中晶胞参数C_0值的变化与充电过程相似.各种状态下006峰的变化最敏感.于700℃预热20h后再高温合成的Li_xCoO_2,其006峰得到明显的加强,其循环伏安曲线可逆性很好,第1000次几乎与第一次相同,实验电池100%DOD循环大于270次,AA型锂蓄电池或AA型锂离子蓄电地实验在进行中.
XRD and AAR analysis techniques were used to study the variation of unit cell parameters during charge, discharge and charge-discharge cycles in LiCoO_2 electrode. It was found that during these processes, the regular shrinkage and expansion of LiCoO 2 unit cells occurred. The product Co_3O_4 overcharged resulted in the destruction of the Li_xCoO_2 lattice. The change of the unit cell C_0 value during charging was similar to that of the charge process. 006 peak changes in various states most sensitive. At 700 ℃ for 20h, Li_xCoO_2 was synthesized at high temperature. The 006 peak of Li_xCoO_2 was significantly enhanced. The cyclic voltammogram showed good reversibility. The 1000th cycle was almost the same as that of the first cycle. The 100% DOD cycle was more than 270 times , AA-type lithium batteries or AA-type lithium-ion power storage in the experiment.
