运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法等研究方法,以学校体育特色课程开发项目为个案,对广州中医药大学岭南武术传承与学校体育教育结合的形式进行了探讨和分析。研究发现,学校武术教育是岭南武术文化传承和发展的有效途径,并有利于突破以地域、家族、门派为主要传承方式的原有限制。通过公体课、普修、选修和社团相结合的课内外一体化教学模式,做出更为系统规范、合理有效的课程体系,使岭南武术的传承与发展更具可操作性。 Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, fieldwork, mathematical statistics and other research methods, taking the sports specialty curriculum development project in schools as an example, this paper discussed and analyzed the combination of Lingnan Wushu heritage and school physical education in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. . The study finds that school Wushu education is an effective way to inherit and develop Wushu culture in Lingnan, and is conducive to breaking through the original limitations of inheritance with family, family and martial arts as its main mode of inheritance. Through a combination of public courses, general courses, elective courses and community-based integrated teaching methods, a more systematic, reasonable and effective curriculum system will be established to make the inheritance and development of Lingnan Wushu more feasible.
