目的:用电导检测离子色谱法测定面制品中的溴酸盐(BrO3-)含量。方法:样品加入纯水超声提取,然后加沉淀剂沉淀蛋白、除去脂肪,上清液离心、过Ag/H柱除去氯离子,0.20μm滤膜过滤;选用DI-ONEX IonPac AS19分析柱分离,采用氢氧化钠溶液梯度淋洗,抑制型电导检测器检测。结果:溴酸盐在0.1μg/ml~5.0μg/ml浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;方法的检出限为0.40 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为3.72%~4.13%,方法回收率在90%~99%。结论:方法精密准确,快速灵敏,实用性强。
OBJECTIVE: To determine bromate (BrO3-) content in flour products by conductivity detection ion chromatography. Methods: The sample was extracted with pure water and then precipitated with precipitating agent to remove the fat. The supernatant was centrifuged and the chloride ion was removed by Ag / H column and filtered with a 0.20 μm membrane filter. The column was separated by DI-ONEX IonPac AS19 column, Sodium hydroxide solution gradient elution, inhibitory conductivity detector detection. Results: The bromate showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.1μg / ml ~ 5.0μg / ml, r = 0.9998. The detection limit was 0.40 mg / kg and the relative standard deviation was 3.72% -4.13% Recovery rate of 90% to 99%. Conclusion: The method is precise and accurate, fast and sensitive, and practical.
