本文拟定了用粉末稀释直接压片测定混合稀土氧化物中十五个稀土元素的X射线荧光光谱经验系数方法。详细调查了共存元素间的影响并提出了为消除这些影响求经验系数的一般原则,共求出200多个经验系数,由计算机进行校正。修改并增加了若干数据处理子程序。分析速度比无计算机的原单道谱仪快5~6倍,六个试样的全分析约需5小时。方法对各元素的测定下限均为0.5%,上限则为5%~70%。精密度为:含量<5%时变异系数<5%;含量>5%时变异系数为1~2%。
In this paper, an empirical coefficient of X-ray fluorescence spectra of fifteen rare earth elements in mixed rare earth oxides was determined by direct powder compaction. Detailed investigation of the impact of the coexistence of elements and put forward to eliminate these effects seeking empirical coefficient of the general principles, a total of more than 200 empirical coefficients obtained by the computer to be corrected. Modify and add a number of data processing subroutines. The speed of analysis is 5 to 6 times faster than the original single spectrometer without a computer, and the total analysis of six samples takes about 5 hours. Method for the determination of the elements of the lower limit of 0.5%, the upper limit of 5% to 70%. The precision was: the coefficient of variation was less than 5% when the content was less than 5%, the coefficient of variation was between 1% and 2% when the content was more than 5%.
