一门要从小学一年级读到高三的课,一门几乎每次大考都排在最前面的课,这就是语文。对中国人来说,语文不是一门普通的课程,它意味着我们的母语教育,它牵系着整个中华民族的精神与凝聚力。近十年来,语文教改的呼声日益高涨,人们都意识到,如果再不加紧改革的话,语文教育就将走入死胡同。而迄今为止,在这一次次改革之后,我们究竟取得了多少成效?带着这个问题,记者进行了一系列的采访。结果是不容乐观的:语文成了中学校园里的“弱势学科”,在很多学生心里学语文也已经成了一种“习惯性的麻木”。由此可见,我们的母语教育依旧在向危险的死胡同里走,依旧处境艰难。在这个既可悲又可怕的事实面前,我们不禁要问:拿什么来拯救你,我的语文? ——编者
