这不是我们第一次将目光投向飞行员和航空公司的劳资纠纷。2005年,我们曾经关注国航西南分公司飞行员李建国的辞职巨额赔偿事件(详见本刊2005年9期)。我们相信,这也不会是最后一次。在这个特殊的行业里,面对飞行员这样的特殊人才,航空公司急需实实在在的“以人为本”。建立畅通的企业内部沟通机制和合理完善的行业人才流动制度,或许是航空从业者的当务之急。否则,东航集体返航事件就不会是一个句号。
This is not the first time we’ve turned our attention to labor disputes between pilots and airlines. In 2005, we have been concerned about the huge compensation for the resignation of Li Jianguo, pilot of the Southwest Branch of Air China (for details, see our issue No. 9 of 2005). We believe this will not be the last time. In this particular industry, airlines are in urgent need of “people-oriented” in the face of such special talent as pilots. Establishing an open internal communication mechanism and a reasonable and complete flow system for industry professionals may be a top priority for aviation practitioners. Otherwise, China Eastern Airlines collective return will not be a full stop.
