课程改革背景下的“教师发展性评价”取决于课程改革对于教师职业内涵的新定位。“发展”是教师发展性评价的本质所在。教师发展性评价应着重体现在学生的学习经历中,教师实施“学习服务”的真实、动态、持续的过程中。“教师发展性评价”主要包括:常规性评价、常态性评价、常模性评价。教师发展性评价应满足三个条件:社会的价值取向、教师的专业追求、学校的特色发展。实施教师发展性评价时,要注意突出下列几方面的评价:学生的评价;学校、教育行政部门的评价;社区的评价;教师自主评价。
Under the background of curriculum reform “teacher development evaluation ” depends on the new orientation of the curriculum reform for teachers’ professional connotation. “Development ” is the essence of teacher’s developmental evaluation. The evaluation of teachers’ development should focus on the real, dynamic and continuous process of students’ learning experiences and teachers’ implementation of “learning services”. “Teacher Development Evaluation ” mainly include: regular evaluation, normal evaluation, norm evaluation. Teachers’ developmental evaluation should meet three conditions: the value orientation of society, the professional pursuit of teachers and the special development of schools. The implementation of teacher development evaluation, we should pay attention to highlight the following aspects of evaluation: evaluation of students; schools, education administration; community evaluation; teachers self-evaluation.
