对一种重型商用车复合材料板簧的性能进行了探讨。通过有限元分析完成板簧结构设计和复合材料性能研究,采用层积/模压成型工艺完成复合材料板簧的研制,并对复合材料板簧的刚度和疲劳性能进行了考察。结果表明:新开发的复合材料板簧的刚度及疲劳性能满足目标车型的板簧技术要求,具有明显降重效果。
The performance of a heavy commercial vehicle composite leaf spring is discussed. Through the finite element analysis to complete the design of the leaf spring structure and the properties of the composite material, the laminated leaf molding process was used to develop the composite leaf spring, and the stiffness and fatigue properties of the composite leaf spring were investigated. The results show that the stiffness and fatigue properties of the newly developed composite leaf spring meet the technical requirements of the leaf spring of the target model with obvious weight reduction effect.
