建立了铜包铝立式充芯连铸圆坯的凝固传热数学模型,并应用有限元软件ProCAST模拟了它在不同冷却条件下的温度场,模拟结果与实验结果基本相符,可用于优化充芯连铸工艺参数。
The mathematical model of solidification and heat transfer of a copper clad aluminum vertical continuous casting round billet was established. The temperature field under different cooling conditions was simulated by finite element software ProCAST. The simulation results are in good agreement with experimental results and can be used to optimize charge Core continuous casting process parameters.
