针对飞机气动系统的发展趋势及维修管理要求,结合实际工程运用,设计了一种新型飞机气动元件综合测试系统,实现了气动测试技术的自动化。首先简要介绍了气动元件综合测试系统的总体结构和主要特点,以及基于PLC、比例阀和触摸屏技术设计的控制系统,着重阐述了控制系统的功能、组成和工作原理,给出了系统的硬件和软件的设计和实现方法。结果表明本测试系统设计合理,具有良好的动态品质和稳定性能,满足了气动系统高精度控制要求,达到了对气动比例调压阀出口压力进行比例控制的目的。
Aiming at the development trend of aircraft pneumatic system and maintenance management requirements, combined with the actual project application, a new type of comprehensive testing system for aircraft pneumatic components was designed to realize the automation of pneumatic test technology. Firstly, the general structure and main features of Pneumatic Component Test System are briefly introduced. The control system based on PLC, proportional valve and touch screen technology is introduced briefly. The function, composition and working principle of the control system are emphatically described. The hardware and Software design and implementation. The results show that this test system is reasonable in design, has good dynamic quality and stability, meets the requirements of high precision pneumatic system control, and achieves the goal of proportional control of the outlet pressure of the pneumatic proportional pressure regulator.
