葡萄糖酸镁作为Mg~(++)的补充剂,而应用于临床。但对其吸湿性未见报道。然而,吸湿是固体药物常见现象。由于生产、包装、贮存或制剂不当,致使固体表面吸收水分,产生润湿结块甚至变色分解,导致药物含量下降,组分间产生配伍变化而影响制剂质量。CRH可作为衡量水溶性固体药物吸湿性指标。为此,我们用干燥粉末法和饱和溶液法测定葡萄糖酸镁的CRH,为生产、贮存、制剂提供依据。
Magnesium gluconate as Mg ~ (++) supplements, and used in clinical. However, its hygroscopicity has not been reported. However, hygroscopicity is a common phenomenon with solid drugs. CRH can be used as a measure of water-soluble solid drug hygroscopicity index. To this end, we use dry powder method and saturated solution method for the determination of magnesium gluconate CRH, for the production, storage, preparation provide the basis.
