以往水电工程的混凝土施工系统普遍存在各生产环节能力不匹配现象,形成一方面是过多的资源投入,另一方面又是系统综合生产能力偏低的反差。其结果是资源浪费,施工成本增加。从二滩工程和其他工程实践,提出能力匹配模数概念,并用匹配模数进行混凝土系统设计的新思路,使资源能得到较充分利用,力求达到混凝土系统运行效率和经济性的统一。
In the past, the concrete construction system of hydropower projects generally did not match the capacity of each production link, resulting in too much resource investment on the one hand, and low contrast on the other hand in the comprehensive production capacity of the system. The result is waste of resources and increased construction costs. From the Ertan project and other engineering practices, this paper puts forward the concept of capacity matching modulus, and uses the matching modulus to design a new idea of concrete system, which can make full use of resources and strive to achieve the unity of operating efficiency and economy of concrete system.
