目的探讨肛门、直肠常见病变组织中人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的情况。方法采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对566例肛门、直肠常见病变组织标本进行HPV基因分型检测。结果 566例肛门、直肠常见病变组织中,总HPV感染率为32.86%(186/566);男性总HPV感染率、一重感染率和多重感染率分别为32.14%(117/364)、23.35%(85/364)及8.79%(32/364),与女性[分别为34.16%(69/202)、24.75%(50/202)及9.41%(19/202)]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),HPV 18、16、33、31型是肛门、直肠常见病变中的主要型别。结论肛门、直肠组织HPV基因分型检测对肛门、直肠HPV感染的分子流行病学研究具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) in the common lesions of anus and rectum. Methods The gene amplification combined with gene chip technique was used to detect HPV genotypes in 566 cases of common anus and rectum tissue samples. Results The total HPV infection rate was 32.86% (186/566) in 566 cases of common anus and rectum lesions. The total HPV infection rate, single infection rate and multiple infection rate were 32.14% (117/364) and 23.35% 85/364) and 8.79% (32/364), respectively. There was no significant difference between women (34.16% (69/202), 24.75% (50/202) and 9.41% (19/202) P> 0.05), HPV 18,16,33,31 type is the main type of anus, rectum common lesions. Conclusions The detection of HPV genotyping in anus and rectum is of great significance to molecular epidemiology of anus and rectum HPV infection.
