冈田等(1964)报道,经动物试验表明甘草素(Glycyrrhizine)有抑制兔产生免疫抗体的作用,并对2例ABO血型不合的妇女,再次妊娠后,连续给予甘草素,都获得健康新生儿。堂野前(1961)也曾指出,甘草素除可使免疫抗体效价降低外,还具有解毒、抗炎、抗变态反应及类固醇激素的作用,而且少量就能使垂体肾上腺系统的功能亢进。作者认为如每日服用甘草素6—9片(150—225毫克)仍属正常用量,既使长期应用也无危害和副作用。
Okada et al. (1964) reported that animal experiments showed that Glycyrrhizine can inhibit the production of immune antibodies in rabbits. Two women with abnormal ABO blood group were treated with liquiritigenin again after pregnancy, and healthy newborns were obtained . Tantino (1961) also pointed out that in addition to reducing the potency of immune antibodies, glycyrrhizin also has the effect of detoxification, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic reaction and steroid hormones, and can make the function of the pituitary adrenal gland hypertrophy in a small amount. The author believes that such as taking 6-9 tablets daily (150-225 mg) is still normal dosage, even if long-term use without harm and side effects.
