目的 :观察和分析鼠神经生长因子改善缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿行为神经功能的作用。方法 :选取100例HIE患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患儿给予胞二磷胆碱联合脑活素治疗,观察组患儿在对照组疗法的基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗。对两组患儿在临床疗效、各项临床症状改善时间、治疗第1、2、4周末的行为神经评分(NBNA)进行观察和比较。结果 :观察组患儿的临床疗效和临床有效率均显著优于对照组;观察组患者的各项改善时间均短于对照组;在治疗后各时点,观察组患儿的NBNA评分均高于对照组。结论 :针对HIE患儿,在脑活素联合胞二磷胆碱治疗方案的基础上加用鼠神经生长因子,具有较好的临床疗效,可快速缓解患儿的临床症状、有效改善患儿的神经行为功能,有助于改善患儿的预后。
Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of murine nerve growth factor (NGF) on behavioral neurological function in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: 100 children with HIE were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Children in the control group were treated with citicoline combined with cerebrolysin, while those in the observation group were treated with murine nerve growth factor on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect, clinical symptom improvement time, behavioral neurological score (NBNA) at the first, second and fourth week of treatment were observed and compared in both groups. Results: The clinical efficacy and clinical efficiency of the observation group were significantly better than the control group; the improvement time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group; at each time point after treatment, the NBNA score of the observation group was high In the control group. CONCLUSIONS: For children with HIE, the addition of mouse Nerve Growth Factor (NSCG) on the basis of NSCLC combined with citicoline treatment has good clinical curative effect, which can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of children and effectively improve the effect of Neurobehavioral function, helps to improve the prognosis of children.
