本文报告三例先天性精阜增生症。主要临床表现为尿频,尿流无力或呈滴沥状及排尿费劲,遗尿,尿失禁和青年患者遗精等。三例均经手术和病理证实。其中一例死于感染和慢性肾功衰竭。文中对病因学,诊断与鉴别诊断,治疗和预后作了简要讨论。诊断方法以尿道造影,尿道镜和膀胱镜检查为主。治疗主要采用手术,以改进的联合径路切除术对开放性手术较为理想。 This article reports three cases of congenital fine Fu hyperplasia. The main clinical manifestations of urinary frequency, urinary flow was weak or drop drip and urination strenuously, enuresis, urinary incontinence and sperm emission in young patients. Three cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology. One of the cases died of infection and chronic renal failure. The etiology, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were briefly discussed. Diagnostic methods to urethrography, urethroscopy and cystoscopy based. The treatment is mainly surgery, to improve the combined pathological resection of open surgery is more ideal.
