目的:建立小儿智力糖浆中远志酸的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法,采用C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,0.5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸(40∶60),流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:210nm;柱温:30℃。结果:远志酸在10.575μg·mL-1~211.5μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.58%,RSD为1.52%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于小儿智力糖浆中远志酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of polyphenols in pediatric intelligence syrup. Method: HPLC method, using C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 0.5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile -0.2% phosphoric acid (40: 60), flow rate: 1.0mL · min-1; detection wavelength: 210nm; column temperature: 30 °C. Results: The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 10.575μg·mL-1 to 211.5μg·mL-1, r=0.9997. The average recovery was 98.58% and the RSD was 1.52% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and specific. It can be used for the determination of polyacrylic acid in children’s intellectual syrup.
