目的探讨江苏省大肠杆菌O157∶H7菌株的噬菌体型别分布及菌株之间的同源性。方法应用大肠杆菌分型噬菌体对87株O157∶H7分离株进行噬菌体裂解试验,通过其裂解模式进行噬菌体分型。结果 87株O157∶H7可分为11个噬菌体型别,其中37/12型最多,占35.63%。同一时期同一地区的临床病人、宿主动物和食品分离株有相同的噬菌体型别(36/12和36/10),来自不同地区的宿主动物分离株有相同的噬菌体型别。结论同种噬菌体型别的O157∶H7在本省不同地区的宿主动物间水平传播,本省O157∶H7感染病人可能是因食用被该病原体污染的食物或通过直接接触宿主动物而感染。
Objective To investigate the phage-type distribution of Escherichia coli O157: H7 in Jiangsu Province and the homology among the strains. Methods Bacteriophages of 87 O157: H7 isolates were identified by phage display of E. coli and the phage was typed by their cleavage pattern. Results 87 strains of O157:H7 were divided into 11 phage types, of which the 37/12 type was the most, accounting for 35.63%. The same phage types (36/12 and 36/10) were found for clinical patients, host animals and food isolates from the same area during the same period, with the same phage type from the host animal isolates from different regions. Conclusion O157: H7 of the same bacteriophage type is transmitted horizontally among host animals in different parts of the province. Infection in our province with O157: H7 infection may be caused by the consumption of food contaminated by this pathogen or by direct contact with host animals.
