为了研究预应力碳纤维复材(CFRP)布加固钢筋混凝土方形截面柱的轴心受压力学性能,设计4根钢筋混凝土方形截面柱进行轴心受压试验,包括1根未加固的普通钢筋混凝土柱和3根预应力CFRP布加固的钢筋混凝土柱。通过试验获得了各试件破坏形态、受压极限承载力、轴向位移和CFRP布的应力应变曲线等试验数据,分析不同应力水平的CFRP布对钢筋混凝土方形截面柱加固后力学性能的影响。结果表明:与未加固的普通钢筋混凝土柱相比,采用预应力CFRP布加固试件的轴心受压承载力和延性均有明显的提高,提高幅度随应力水平的提高而增大;而且对CFRP施加预应力能避免纤维布的应力滞后问题,更好地发挥纤维布的高强性能。
In order to study the axial compressive mechanical behavior of reinforced concrete square columns with prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) sheets, four reinforced concrete square cross-section columns were designed for axial compression tests, including one unreinforced ordinary reinforced concrete column And three prestressed CFRP cloth reinforced concrete columns. The experimental data such as failure mode, ultimate compressive load, axial displacement and stress-strain curve of CFRP fabric were obtained through experiments. The effects of CFRP with different stress levels on the mechanical properties of square reinforced concrete columns were analyzed. The results show that the axial compression bearing capacity and the ductility of CFRP-CFRP specimens strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets are significantly higher than those of the unreinforced ordinary RC columns, and the increasing amplitude increases with the increase of the stress level; Prestressed CFRP preform can avoid the problem of the stress lag of the fiber cloth and give better play to the high-strength properties of the fiber cloth.
