13例病区胎儿标本来自地氟病区人工流产胎儿,胎龄6~7月。股骨和其他器官标本进行光镜和酶组织化学观察外,还作了骨样本的SEM—EDXA—XM观察和分析以及骨基质糖醛酸、羟脯氨酸生化组分的测定。病区胎儿成骨活跃,骨组织碱性磷酸酶活性增高,3例胎儿骨外膜下有新骨形成。向时观察到小梁矿化不全,骺板软骨发育异常,骨氟含量增高,可能系氟离子透过胎盘屏障沉积于胎儿骨内所致。
