采用原样脱除稀释油后直接分析和酸化处理后分析的两种方法,分别对大连石化公司提供的1#和2#合成烷基芳基磺酸钙样品进行了元素、平均分子质量测定。确定了1#和2#样平均分子式和平均分子结构。结果表明,两种方法所得结果完全一致。所以,直接法可替代较复杂的酸化法。并且研究结果表明IR、1H-NMR等分析方法直接用于分析合成烷基芳基磺酸钙混合物类复杂的化合物是切实可行的,所得结果可靠。
The method of elemental and average molecular weight determination of 1 # and 2 # synthetic alkylaryl sulfonate samples provided by Dalian Petrochemical Company was carried out by direct analysis and acidification treatment after removing diluent oil as it was. The average molecular formula and average molecular structure of # 1 and # 2 were determined. The results show that the results obtained by the two methods are exactly the same. Therefore, the direct method can replace the more complex acidification method. And the results show that it is practicable to use IR, 1H-NMR and other analytical methods directly for the analysis of complex compounds in the synthesis of calcium alkylarylsulfonate mixtures. The results obtained are reliable.
