为研究控释尿素与常规尿素配施条件下对玉米根际土壤微生物的影响,采用不同肥料配比处理,对玉米根际土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌采用平板计数法进行数量测定;对玉米成熟期根际土壤微生物数量变化、土壤氮素含量变化及玉米产量相关因素进行研究,结果表明控释尿素与常规尿素不同配施条件下,与CK相比施用肥料的各个处理,土壤微生物数量均增加,CRU100%处理有利于增加土壤细菌、土壤氮素含量及玉米产量,CRU40%+PU60%处理在增加土壤真菌及放线菌数量上优于其他配比。针对实际生产应用及对土壤微生物整体影响,综合比较本研究表明CRU40%+PU60%处理为最佳配比并为控释尿素与常规尿素配施条件下土壤微生物生态环境的深入研究提供依据。
In order to study the effects of controlled release urea and conventional urea on rhizospheric soil microorganisms in corn, the amount of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in corn rhizosphere soil were measured by plate count method with different fertilizer ratios. The changes of rhizosphere soil microbial population, the change of soil nitrogen content and the related factors of maize yield at maturity were studied. The results showed that under the different application conditions of controlled release urea and conventional urea, Increase, CRU100% treatment is conducive to increase soil bacteria, soil nitrogen content and corn yield, CRU40% + PU60% treatment in increasing the amount of soil fungi and actinomycetes is better than the other ratio. In view of the actual production and application and the overall impact on soil microorganisms, this study shows that CRU40% + PU60% is the best ratio and provides the basis for further study of soil microbial ecological environment under the combination of controlled release urea and conventional urea.
