在焊接结构制造过程中,矫正焊接变形是不可缺少的环节之一,火焰矫正在焊接结构制造过程中占有十分重要的地位。结合挖掘机中部平台结构件的特点,详细说明火焰矫的正确正操作方法及参数的合理选择,包括气体燃烧比、气体压力的参数、加热温度及速度的参数、冷却的方式、焊炬及焊嘴的参数。阐述如何按照正确的安全技术规程实施火焰矫正。只有合理地制定火焰矫正的工艺路线及工艺参数,才能为实际生产做好准备工作,从而降低企业成本,提高生产效率,确保产品性能优良。
