目的:了解上海市青浦区金泽镇西岑社区65岁以上老年人健康状况,为健康干预提供依据。方法:2451名65周岁以上老年人的体检结果(血压,心电图,胆囊,肝,血脂异常)进行统计分析。结果:2451名老年人中各项体检指标均正常且既往无慢性病史者653人,占26.24%;阳性检出率前5名分别是高血压(46.02%)、胆囊结石(19.54%)、脂肪肝(14.89%)、血脂异常(14.76%)、高尿酸血症(12.07%),不同性别高血压、血脂异常、脂肪肝、高尿酸的检出率不同,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应加强社区老年人的健康管理,开展家庭医生签约服务,进行健康干预。 Objective: To understand the health condition of the elderly over 65 years old in Xiten Community, Kanazawa, Qingpu District, Shanghai, and provide the basis for health intervention.
