——绥芬河口岸边贸几经沉浮,今非昔比。 作为国务院确定的首批沿边开放的内陆口岸和历史上的“国境商业都市”,绥芬河的边贸经历了风风雨雨,可以称得上是喜忧相伴、甘苦同舟。 近日,中国人民银行牡丹江市分行调统科同绥芬河市支行联合组成“绥芬河口岸边贸现状优势分析和前景估量调研课题组”,对绥芬河口岸边境贸易的现状进行了实地考察和调研。调研结果表明,绥芬河口岸的边境贸易已步入正常的良性循环的轨道,既避免了过去的大起大落,又欣欣然蓬蓬勃勃,绥芬河的经济和边贸正在稳步、有序、健康、持续发展。 一、引言——历史的回眸 进入80年代以来,随着改革开放的不断深入,中苏(俄)边境贸易迅速发展,大体经历了以下三个阶段: 第一阶段:坐车贸易阶段(1985—1987),主要是“坐”省(区)级贸易的“车”,两年多时间共经营进出口商品4,200万元,获利300万元。
