采用SO_2刺激法制成鼠慢性支气管炎(慢支)模型,通过绿脓杆菌气溶胶吸入的细菌气道粘附实验,观察加味玉屏风散对鼠气管粘膜细菌粘附的影响。扫描电镜下见服药的慢支模型鼠的气管粘膜表面病变及粘附的细菌数远少于不服药者,气管组织匀浆粘附细菌定量培养计数也相应显著减少。健康对照鼠在同样吸入绿脓杆菌气溶胶的情况下,其气管粘膜未受损,无细菌粘附。提示细菌粘附与气管粘膜受损密切相关,加味玉屏风散可能通过保护气管粘膜上皮或减轻气管粘膜损伤而对抗细菌粘附。
The rat model of chronic bronchitis (slow branches) was established using SO 2 stimulation. The bacterial airway adhesion test of P. aeruginosa aerosol inhalation was used to observe the effect of Jiawei Yupingfeng Powder on bacterial adhesion of rat tracheal mucosa. The number of lesions on the surface of the tracheal mucosa and the number of adherent bacteria in the chronic bronchitis model rats under the scanning electron microscope were far less than those in the non-administration group. The quantitative culture counts of the adherent bacteria in the trachea homogenate were also significantly reduced. In the same healthy inhaling aerosol of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, healthy control rats had no damaged tracheal mucosa and no bacterial adhesion. It is suggested that bacterial adhesion is closely related to the damage of the tracheal mucosa. Modified Yupingfeng Powder may fight bacterial adhesion by protecting the epithelium of the tracheal mucosa or reducing the damage of the tracheal mucosa.
