中国水利学会农田水利专业委员会成立及灌溉排水技术讨论会于1981年1月10～15日在新乡召开。出席会议的专家、教授、科技人员等共164人,提交会议的学术论文、科技报告等230多篇。会议上有28位代表作了学术报告,并分组讨论了引黄灌溉、黄淮海平原旱涝碱综合治理、作物需水量与灌溉制度、灌水技术、机电排灌、渠系配套、地面水与地下水综合开发利用、排水技术以及农田水利专业教育等问题,提出了意见和建议。
China Water Conservancy Institute of Irrigation and Drainage Water Resources Professional Committee was established and irrigation drainage technology seminar in January 1981 January 15 ~ 15 held in Xinxiang. A total of 164 experts, professors, scientists and technicians attended the conference, and submitted more than 230 academic papers and scientific reports. At the meeting, 28 representatives made academic reports and discussed in groups the Yellow River Irrigation, Drought and Alkali Comprehensive Management of Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, Crop Water Requirement and Irrigation System, Irrigation Technology, Mechanical and Electrical Irrigation and Drainage, Canal System, Groundwater and Groundwater Comprehensive Development Utilization, drainage technology and farmland water conservancy professional education and other issues, put forward opinions and suggestions.
