人力资源管理是通过人力资源来达成组织既定的目标。对于企业来说,建立以人为本的人力资源管理模式至关重要。工作分析是人力资源管理体系建立的基础,其中,工作丰富化是基于赫茨伯格的双因素理论的一种旨在增强员工激励的工作再设计的重要方法。它通过使工作具有更高的成就感和挑战性,提高员工对工作满意程度,进而加大生产效率与提升产品质量。但是,工作丰富化的使用有一定限制条件,这些条件能直接影响最终实施的效果。
Human resources management is through human resources to achieve the established goals of the organization. For enterprises, the establishment of people-oriented human resources management model is essential. Job analysis is the foundation of human resource management system. Among them, job enrichment is an important method based on Herzberg’s two-factor theory to redesign the work to enhance employee motivation. It increases employee satisfaction with work by making work more accomplished and challenging, which in turn increases productivity and product quality. However, there are certain limitations on the use of an enriching work that can have a direct impact on the effectiveness of the final implementation.
